A wonderful account of a very important book. I read Man’s Search for Meaning many years ago during my history studies and have a copy on my bookshelf. As you say, it touches on many aspects of what it is to be human (and I would add, inhuman). For me, the cold, matter-of-fact telling without hyperbolic sensationalism gave it greater impact. I believe by raising this story to readers’ attention you have done a great service.
